Two grand old ladies, one of the sky and one of the mighty Murray have combined to produce a day that is just a bit different.

Ideal for companies to reward staff or clients, great for social groups or clubs who have a bit of adventure in them and wish to do something just a bit different !!

Your day starts with some light refreshments in the Silver Clipper VIP lounge at historic Essendon Airport.

This is the original departure lounge for Melbourne from the 1930’s and is truly nostalgic. It is ideal for a preflight gathering.

Boarding your own VIP DC-3 at around 10:30am, we make our way to Echuca the spiritual home of the
Paddle steamer. Flight time is about an hour each way with light refreshments served by your cabin crew en-route.

To travel in a DC-3 truly is a step back in time, the way airline travel used to be and the way some wish it still was.

Arriving in Echuca just before midday you are transferred to the historic Port of Echuca to board the majestic
Emmy-Lou Paddle steamer. There you will enjoy a 90 minute cruise down the Murray with a superb lunch provided. (Drinks additional.)

Getting back to the port at approximately 2:30pm for the quick transfer to the airport and then the leisurely flight home.

• Return flight on Melbourne’s Gooney Bird (DC-3) to Echuca
• Champagne and light refreshments prior to departure and in-flight
• 90 minute Murray River Cruise on-board the majestic Emmy-Lou Paddle steamer

Costs:

Based on a minimum of 22 guests it comes to an amazing $419.00 per person all inclusive or $10950 for the whole aircraft. (Except for drinks on the Emmy-Lou.)
